Harrison Cole Does a Fantastic Job
Hi, I’ve just bought my second Ducati from you guys, my first one was a M696 and second one was an 848.
I originally was trying out a 2008 GSXR750 that you guys had, and Harrison took the time to find out what my needs/wants were and made sure that I had the bike that fit my needs. He took the time to let me feel the difference between the two bikes and it became apparent that I was not comfortable with the GSXR but was having a lot of fun on the 848. He then found me a 2008 new 848… and you guys got a check from me.
Great experience… he didn’t just want to sell me a bike, he wanted to make sure that I found the right bike and I felt he went out of his way to make sure he knew and I knew what would be the ideal fit for my needs and wants!

Bobby, I wanted to send you a thank you note for the excellent service that you and your firm provided to me recently. While traveling through Seattle the first of August of this year, one my passenger arm rests fell off the bike and was run over by another vehicle and destroyed. The shoulder bolt that held the arm rest to the bracket broke off. I was concerned that the cost would be very high to replace it and I was also worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the exact match. After speaking to you and finding the right part, I was prepared to pay the price when you later informed me that the company that made the arm rest was replacing it free of charge. You also provided the hardware kit free of charge and now my 2002 BMW K1200LT is perfect once again and the best part is that my wife feels secure while riding with me. She is so happy! I highly recommend A&S Cycles to anyone looking for a part or for information about accessories for their bike. It is hard to find good service oriented companies like yours these days and I now know where I will do all of my future on line shopping. Thanks for being there.

I would like to let you know that I dread buying cars. In most of my past experiences, I have found that the sales person has not been very honest. I stopped by your dealership to look at bikes a couple of weeks ago and Ted Hudson took time with me and my son to explain the differences between the bikes. At that time, I told him that I would be back at the end of the week to buy one.
I am pleased to tell you that I am a proud owner of a F650GS. Ted made good on all things that we discussed. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what I would have expected a salesman to do. All of your employees who assisted us have been very professional and courteous throughout the sale as well as those who helped us with our first service.
